Quick and Easy IP Vegetable Pulao
1.5 cups Basmati Rice
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp gharam masala
3 cups water
frozen mixed vegetables
handful of fried onions
Add the oil to the pot and press SAUTE. In that time rinse the rice and drain. Add all the spices to the oil and mix well, then add the rice and vegetables and mix completely. Fry for a 2 minutes. Add water and fried onions. Close lid, make sure the vent is closed and press RICE.
